ASA09: Anthropological and archaeological imaginations: past, present and future

Information for publishers
Over 300 anthropologists and archaeologists from the UK and beyond are expected to attend this event. We are offering publishers the opportunity to have a presence at this conference, and hence publicise their books and journals to relevant academics from around the globe.
The publishers display area will be situated in the Great Hall of the WIlls Building. This beautiful panelled room will be where tea and coffee are served each day, and where we'll be running a conference cafe - hence very much in the centre of things, guaranteeing maximum exposure.
Publishers can choose one or more of the following options:
Single display table (~1.8m x 0.8m) - including abstract book and full access to panels & events. Charge - 180 pounds.
Double display table (~3.6m x 0.8m) - including abstract book and full access to panels & events. Charge - 240 pounds.
Full page portrait advert in abstract book – to be submitted as a
300dpi black and white TIF, by 24/02/09.
Dimensions likely to be : 210mm x 148.5mm with 3mm bleed (w x h)
Charge - 120 pounds
Please note: we are not offering unstaffed displays, nor insertion of ads/catalogues in delegate packs.
We can book your staff into our conference accommodation and/or the conference dinner.

Publications should not be sent to arrive at this address before 1st April if at all possible.
Collections - to ensure your get your books back, please label all your boxes, with your publisher name in the top left hand corner, and make sure that whoever makes the courier booking ensures that publisher name is used as a reference in the order.

Setting up stalls - the conference begins Monday 6th April at 2.30pm and ends Thursday 9th April at 3.15pm. Publishers are welcome to set up from Monday morning onwards; as Tues, Weds and Thurs will be the days of peak interest, please ensure stalls are set up by Tuesday 10am.
