Registration is now closed. All convenors, authors, chairs, discussants, organisers, keynotes, plenary speakers, guests, volunteers and committee members who wished to attend the conference had to register online in advance of the event. This did not necessitate paying at that time; registrations were manually checked and an invoice emailed to delegates including payment instructions - with fifteen days to pay. Early-bird registration ended on July 16th. Accommodation could be booked within an Oxford college at the same time (see below).
Registration is by online form only and does not require instant payment. On completing the form your registration will be manually processed, and an invoice will be emailed after a few days, containing payment information. The invoice should be settled within 15 days. Payment can be taken online by credit card using PayPal, or by a bank transfer.
The registration fee includes access to all sessions, entrance to the opening reception, a printed conference programme, lunches and tea/coffee in the specified breaks. The conference gala dinner is an extra, to be booked at the time of registration. The dinner will be held on Thursday 20th September in the magnificent Victorian Gothic Dining Hall of Keble College, and includes excellent food and wine.
