ASA19: University of East Anglia, Norwich 3-6 September 2019
All convenors, authors, chairs, discussants, organisers, keynotes, plenary speakers, guests, volunteers and committee members who wish to attend the conference must register online in advance of the event. This does not necessitate paying at that time; registrations are manually checked and an invoice emailed to delegates including payment instructions - you then have fifteen days to pay. Payment can be taken online by credit card using PayPal, or by a bank transfer. Accommodation can be booked within University of East Anglia student halls at the same time (ensuite rooms at £48 per night).
Registration fees include access to all sessions, entrance to the opening reception, a printed conference programme, lunches and tea/coffee in the specified breaks. The three-course conference gala dinner is an extra, to be booked at the time of registration.

Gala dinner: Conference dinner (optional!) will take place at St.Andrews Hall in The Halls in Norwich, the most complete medieval friary complex surviving in the UK.
The ticket will cost £55.

When registering you can also book campus accommodation, in single ensuite bed and breakfast rooms within Britten House. These have the advantage of being close to the conference venue. The residences are flats/houses with 6-12 rooms, each single room having an ensuite wet room with shower, toiletries, bed linen and towels, and access to the shared kitchen space. WiFi and car parking are also included. Check in is at The Lodge (3 on the campus map).
Rooms are available from 3-7 September and the price is £48/night.
Registrations cancelled (notifying us by email) more than three weeks before the conference will be refunded, less a small amount to cover administrative and finance costs. Cancellations made within three weeks of the event will br ineligible for such a refund, due to costs already incurred. Refunds at that point will be discretionary.
