What are you paying for?
ASA prioritises the attendance of precarious scholars using the full price fees to subsidise the low-income registration fee, and also through funding travel and accommodation of eligible students through the call for funding.
Funding
The call for funding closed on 20 February, applicants received notification of outcome in early March. Sadly there is no further funding left to allocate in the form of travel/accommodation support, or registration fee waiver.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations more than three weeks before the conference (18 March) will be refunded, less a fee of £70 to cover administrative costs. Cancellations after that point will not be offered a full refund, due to costs already incurred. This also applies to change of format refund of difference (f2f/online). Refunds at that point will be discretionary.
If you are unhappy with the service you are provided as a delegate, you have the right to request a refund. Each request will be considered on its merits, and in line with The Consumer Rights Act 2015, and where appropriate a full refund will be given. Refunds should be requested by email to conference(at)theasa.org. If you receive no response to that email address, then our postal address is ASA, c/o RAI, 50 Fitzroy St, London, W1T 5BT, UK.
